所有印刷油墨都应只通过两次曝光来确定。这可以通过互补色来解决。

•计数程序
•为各个颜色范围设置阈值以过滤颜色。
•将打印图像中的像素作为各自灰度值范围的参考值进行计数。
•如果发现像素数量明显减少,就可以发现问题。
根据使用的照明颜色和设置的阈值,会产生不同的游侠值和计数像素值。

The consistent saturation of a multicolor print should be checked. Blockages or clogging of the printer nozzles should thus be detected.

All printing inks should be determined based on only 2 exposures. This can be solved using the complementary colors.

•Counting procedure
•Set threshold values for the individual color ranges to filter the colors.
•Count the pixels in the print image as the reference value for the respective grayscale value ranges.
•A problem can be detected in the event of a noticeable decrease in the number of pixels found.
Different ranger and counted pixel values will result depending on the illumination color used and the threshold values set´.
