区域因物体位置而异。

如果对象是在图像中心采集的,它的面积就会与图像边缘不同。创建模型时必须考虑到这一点。根据曝光情况,这也会影响灰度值。

可能的原因

物体在图像中的位置会对确定的区域产生影响,也可能由于 "扭曲"(透视变形)而对灰度值产生影响。

可能的解决方案

目标物体应位于图像区域的中心。在任何方向上,目标物体最多应占传感器表面距中心高度或宽度的 1/8。

在所有可能的位置教入目标对象。透视变形会改变边缘区域的灰度值和表面。


If an object is acquired in the center of the image, it has a different area than at the edge of the image. This must be taken into account when creating the model. This can also affect the grayscale values depending on the exposure.

Possible reasons

The position of the object in the image can have an effect on the determined area and possibly also on the shades of gray due to the "distortion", a perspective distortion.

Possible solution

The target object should be located in the center of the image area. The target object should occupy a maximum of 1/8 of the height or width of the sensor surface from the center in any direction.

Teach-in the object in all possible positions. The perspective distortion can change the grayscale value and surface at the edge area.
