Corrected display of Unicode and some JSON-specific letters in the HMI application

Error description: Incorrect escaping of special characters for HMI communication (Unicode and others like the double quotation mark) resulted in an invalid response, causing the HMI application to block. Displaying DecodedData in the I/O mapping is not affected by this.
