使用 mapp Visionn 时自定义单元的问题

错误行为:mapp Vision 提供了附加单元。由于这些单元是在与自定义单元相同的命名空间中提供的,因此运行时单元系统中只触发了消息 -2144326067,命名空间中的现有单元被覆盖。

纠错:mapp Vision 现在对提供的单元使用命名空间 visionUnits。

解决方法:不要在自定义单元的默认命名空间中使用自定义单元。

读码器:首次执行时相机处理时间(CameraProcessingTime)异常高

错误描述:从 AR 传输后第一次执行时,CameraProcessingTime 异常过高(接近 20 秒)。

错误纠正:VisionOS 已更新,将与 5.24 技术包一起部署。

解决方法:将优化条目设置为 "已解释 "可解决首次执行时的延迟问题,但随后每次执行时性能都会明显下降。

Error description: Changing the FlashColor leads to a minimal automatic focus change. In this case the camera is busy and will not accept a trigger.

Error correction: A note has been added to the help that the use of the ChromaticLock parameter is recommended for fast applications.

Workaround: Using the ChromaticLock parameter for fast applications.

HMI

Problems with custom units when using mapp Visionn

Error behavior: mapp Vision provides additional units. Since these were provided in the same namespace as customized units, only message -2144326067 was triggered in the unit system at runtime and the existing units of the namespace were overwritten.

Error correction: mapp Vision now uses namespace visionUnits for the supplied units.

Workaround: Do not use customized units in the default namespace for customized units.

Operating system

Code Reader: Unusually high CameraProcessingTime on first execution

Error description: CameraProcessingTime was unusually high (close to 20 seconds) on the first execution after a transfer from AR.

Error correction: The VisionOS was updated and will be deployed with Technology Package 5.24.

Workaround: Setting the optimization entry to "interpreted" fixed the delay for the first execution, obviously losing performance on each subsequent execution.

Fragmented image based on the values for LineHeight and FlipImageHorizontal.

Error description: The configuration of the image acquisition with Linesensor and FlipImageHorizontally can lead to a technically unavoidable fragmentation of the camera image.

Error correction: A note has been added to the help that the use of the Flip Image parameters in Linesensor mode is not recommended.

Workaround: Avoid using the Flip Image parameters in line sensor operation.
