•在整个图像上配置执行 ROI。
•参数设置如下:
•启用 = 1
•NumSearchMax = 1
•SymboleType = 50(数据矩阵 ECC 200)
•对齐 = 1(设置参考)。
•单击执行按钮。创建对齐源的参考数据。
•对齐 = 2(生成对齐数据)
•单击 "执行 "应用生成的对齐数据。
•切换到视觉功能 OCR
•设置参数:
•启用 = 1
•NumSearchMax = 1
•参数模式 = 1(用户自定义)
•然后设置 MinContrast = 20。其余参数保持默认值。
•设置执行 ROI(针对要搜索的文本进行优化)。
•最后测试 "视觉功能 "是否能在物体的不同旋转角度下工作。
This use case describes the creation of an alignment source with subsequent OCR detection.
The packaging of a chocolate bar is used as an example. An ECC200 DataMatrix code is used as an alignment source and the expiration date is read with the Vision Function OCR. |
•Execution ROI is configured on the entire image.
•Parameters are set as follows:
•Enable = 1
•NumSearchMax = 1
•SymboleType = 50 (Data Matrix ECC 200)
•Alignment = 1 (Set Reference).
•Click the Execute button. The reference data for the alignment source is created.
•Alignment = 2 (Generate Alignment Data)
•Click Execute to apply the generated alignment data.
•Switch to Vision Function OCR
•Set the rarameters:
•Enable = 1
•NumSearchMax = 1
•ParameterMode = 1 (user definded)
•Then set MinContrast = 20. The remaining parameters remain at the default values.
•Set the Execution ROI (optimized for the text to be searched).
•Finally test if the Vision Function works with different rotations of the object.
