•处理第一张图像需要 260 毫秒(开机后的第一张图像捕捉需要额外的处理时间,因为视觉功能也在此时初始化)。
•后续图像的处理时间为 100 毫秒。
•产品(因此图像)之间的时间为 125 毫秒。

因此,第一张图片处理时间较长并不会影响机器的处理速度。图像缓冲区允许智能传感器 "迎头赶上"。
Smart Sensors / Smart Cameras have a picture buffer that can hold up to 10 pictures.
Example:
•First picture takes 260 ms to process (The first image capture after power-up will require additional processing time because the Vision Function is also initialized at that time).
•Subsequent pictures take 100 ms to process .
•Time between product (and therefore pictures) is 125 ms.

Therefore, the fact that the first picture takes longer to process does not affect the speed of the machine process. The image buffer allows the Smart Sensor to “catch up”.
