在 B&R 的智能摄像机产品中,所有照明元件和光学系统(包括镜头和传感器)在交付前均已对齐。这种 "出厂校准 "包括以下方面,可根据需要在 mapp Vision 中启用:
•像素误差(热像素、死像素和卡像素)的内部校准。
•焦距调整,参见参数 FocusScale。
从生产日期 1951(年/日历周)开始在摄像机端可用。
•调整传感器渐晕,参见参数 VignettingCorrection。
从生产日期 2103(年/日历周)开始在摄像机端可用(带 UV LED 的摄像机除外)。
•调整 LED 温度漂移,参见参数 LEDTempDriftCorrection。
从生产数据 2103(年/日历周)开始在摄像机端可用(带 UV LED 的摄像机除外)。
校准参数始终可以在 mapp Vision 中配置,但只对指定生产日期的摄像机有效。只有从该生产日期开始的摄像机才会在出厂时执行相应的功能。

送修的相机如果生产日期较早,也会进行对齐!
In a Smart Camera product from B&R, all lighting elements and the optical system, consisting of lens and sensor, are aligned before delivery. This "factory alignment" includes the following aspects, which can be enabled in mapp Vision if required:
•Internal alignment of pixel errors (hot, dead and stuck pixels).
•Focus adjustment, see parameter FocusScale.
Available on the camera side starting with production date 1951 (year / calendar week).
•Alignment of sensor vignetting, see parameter VignettingCorrection.
Available on the camera side starting with production data 2103 (year / calendar week) (exception: camera variants with UV LED).
•Alignment of LED temperature drift, see parameter LEDTempDriftCorrection.

The parameters for the alignment can always be configured in mapp Vision, but they only have an effect on cameras from the specified production date. The respective function is only implemented in the cameras at the factory starting with this production date.

Cameras with an older production date sent in for repair will also be aligned!
