一般条件

除了对硬件和软件的实际系统要求外,运行 mapp Vision 还需要一些一般条件。

mapp Vision 不支持控制器冗余。

对于使用 mapp Vision 的 AS 项目,目标系统至少需要 256 MB 内存。

建议 POWERLINK 配置的 MTU 大小为 1500,周期时间为 400 µs。

对于 POWERLINK 周期时间≥ 10 ms 的图像采集,还必须考虑≥ 1 µs 的延迟。

服务器配置中协议的 mapp View 设置(在 .mappviewcfg 文件中)必须设为 "HTTP "或 "HTTP + HTTPS",端口号必须为 81。默认设置符合这些条件。这适用于 mapp Vision HMI 应用程序的使用以及更换技术软件包时摄像机操作系统的自动更新。

使用 mapp Vision 时,AS 项目的文件路径长度不允许超过 65 个字符。如果不遵守这一限制,可能会因文件路径过长而导致构建错误。

mapp Vision 为像素(符号:"px",ID:5261656)和步长(符号:"step",ID:5261657)定义了两个单位。

这些 ID 不能用于其他用户定义的单位,否则会出现单位系统构建错误 5800。

mapp Vision 会在运行时创建数据对象("viHashes$0"、"viVp$0"、"vi$1"、"vi$2 "等),用于存储视觉应用程序的内部数据。这些数据对象由 mapp Vision 管理,不应单独存储。

将 ARM 控制器与 mapp Vision 结合使用

在使用建议周期时间为 400 µs 的 ARM 控制器时,mapp View / mapp Vision 版本和 AR 版本的某些组合会在传输后导致 AR 定时系统错误 (27309);控制器随后会切换到诊断模式。原因是 mapp View 的启动行为,另请参阅其他更改 - mapp View 5.14 版。使用更高的周期时间时也会出现此错误。

因此,在使用 mapp Vision 技术软件包 V5.13.0 或更高版本时,必须使用以下最低 AR 版本:

在 AS 4.7 中:D4.73

通过 mapp Vision 人机界面应用程序进行配置

使用组态 HMI 应用程序(mapp Vision HMI 应用程序)需要 mapp View 5.10.1 或更高版本。

要使用 mapp Vision HMI 应用程序,必须将 mapp View 配置为连接到 "默认 OPC UA 服务器"(请参阅配置 OPC UA 服务器连接)。

要使用 mapp Vision HMI 应用程序,必须在<图像采集>/<采集配置>/<触发源>下的视觉应用程序中选择 "软件"。

在 mapp Vision HMI 应用程序中配置期间,强烈建议不要以任何其他方式并行操作摄像机(I/O 映射、应用程序)。

每个 PLC 只能打开和操作一个 mapp Vision HMI 应用程序会话。

必须为 mapp Vision 使用的 81 和 15080 端口创建一个 B&R 代理,以便通过安全远程维护 SiteManager(参见SiteManager)进行远程维护。

mapp Vision HMI 应用程序不支持动态线路传感器(参见线路传感器模式)。线路传感器可以配置为静态配置,或者必须在 I/O 接口上指定有效值(CyclicLineScanNettimeCyclicLineScanPeriod)。

安装新的 mapp 技术软件包时,操作系统会自动更新到所有需要的组件上。

组件在非循环 POWERLINK 时隙内更新。

单个机器视觉组件的更新过程可能需要几分钟。

整个过程的持续时间通常取决于 POWERLINK 网络上组件的数量,并在很大程度上取决于 POWERLINK 设置和周期时间。

In addition to the actual system requirements for hardware and software, there are a number of general conditions for operating mapp Vision.

mapp Vision does not support controller redundancy.

For an Automation Studio project that uses mapp vision, the target system requires at least 256 MB of RAM.

An MTU size of 1500 and cycle time of 400 µs is recommended for the POWERLINK configuration.

A delay ≥ 1 µs must also be taken into account for image acquisition with a POWERLINK cycle time ≥ 10 ms.

The mapp View setting (in the .mappviewcfg file) for the protocol in the server configuration must be set to "HTTP" or "HTTP + HTTPS", and the port number must be 81. The default settings meet these conditions. This applies to the use of the mapp Vision HMI application and to the automatic update of the camera operating system when changing the Technology Package.

With mapp Vision, the file path of the Automation Studio project is not permitted to exceed 65 characters in length. Failure to adhere to this limit may result in build errors due to overly long file paths.

mapp Vision defines the two units for pixel (symbol: "px", ID: 5261656) and step (symbol: "step", ID: 5261657).

These IDs are not available for other user-defined units since otherwise unit system build error 5800 will occur.

mapp Vision creates data objects ("viHashes$0", "viVp$0", "vi$1", "vi$2", etc.) at runtime that store internal data of the vision applications. These data objects are managed by mapp Vision and should not be stored separately.

Using ARM controllers with mapp Vision

When using ARM controllers with the recommended cycle time of 400 µs, certain combinations of mapp View / mapp Vision versions and AR versions will cause an AR timing system error (27309) after the transfer; the controller then switches to diagnostic mode. The cause is the startup behavior of mapp View, see also Other changes - mapp View version 5.14. This error can also occur when using higher cycle times.

The following minimum AR versions must therefore be used when using mapp Vision Technology Package V5.13.0 or later:

In Automation Studio 4.7: D4.73

In Automation Studio 4.8: C4.83

In Automation Studio 4.9: D4.90

For configuration with the mapp Vision HMI application

mapp View 5.10.1 or higher is required to use the configuration HMI application (mapp Vision HMI application).

To use the mapp Vision HMI application, mapp View must be configured to connect to the "default OPC UA server" (see Configuring the OPC UA server connections ).

To use the mapp Vision HMI application, "Software" must be selected in the vision application under <Image acquisition> / <Acquisition configuration> / <TriggerSource>.

During configuration in the mapp Vision HMI application, it is strongly recommended not to operate the camera in parallel in any other way (I/O mapping, application).

Only one session of the mapp Vision HMI application can be opened and operated per PLC.

A B&R agent must be created for the ports used by mapp Vision, 81 and 15080, for remote maintenance via the Secure Remote Maintenance SiteManager (see SiteManager).

The dynamic line sensor (see LinesensorMode) is not supported on the mapp Vision HMI application. The line sensor can be configured as static for the configuration, or valid values must be specified on the I/O interface (CyclicLineScanNettime and CyclicLineScanPeriod).

Information:

When installing a new mapp Technology Package, the operating system is automatically updated on all required components.

The components are updated in the acyclic POWERLINK time slots.

The update process can take several minutes for individual machine vision components.

The duration of a complete procedure generally depends on the number of components on the POWERLINK network and greatly depends on the POWERLINK settings and cycle times.
