照相机应用图像采集配置的时间过长

反应

不能保证摄像机的图像采集已完全按照预期参数化。

原因和解决方法

可能的原因是在摄像机上加载视觉应用程序时发生了内部错误，导致摄像机阻塞。在这种情况下，应用图像采集参数时会出现超时问题。

请参考摄像机的日志和CameraStatus数据点，必要时联系 B&R 客户支持。

另一个可能的原因是在 mapp Vision HMI 中进行配置时，同时通过过程变量或 IO 强制激活了 SearchImageAcquisitionSettings 过程或图像采集/图像处理过程。

强烈建议在 mapp Vision HMI 中对摄像机进行参数设置时，不要以任何其他方式影响 IO 数据点。mapp Vision HMI 只能访问摄像机。

Reaction

It cannot be guaranteed that the image acquisition of the camera has been parameterized completely and as expected.

Cause and remedy

A possible cause is that loading the Vision Application onto the camera has caused an internal error so that the camera is blocked. In this case, a timeout problem occurs when applying the image acquisition parameters.

Please refer to the logbook and the CameraStatus data point of the camera and contact B&R customer support if necessary.

Another possible cause is if during Configuration in the mapp Vision HMI, at the same time the SearchImageAcquisitionSettings process or the Image Acquisition/Image Processing process are activated via process variables or via IO Forcing.

It is strongly recommended that during the parameterization of the camera in mapp Vision HMI, the IO data points are not influenced in any other way. The mapp Vision HMI should exclusively access the camera.
