ROI shapes are scaled by clicking and dragging the handle on one of the corners or sides. The "Execution ROI" can only be edited in ROI mode.

Scaling with constant aspect ratio
Starting with version 5.14, ROI shapes can also be scaled with constant aspect ratio. This is done by pressing and holding down the "Shift" key while zooming in or out the ROI shape with one of the corner handles.
